Want to build muscles, you should try increasing the calorie intake. To gain muscles you need to consume more calories than you burn each day. But if your calorie surplus is too much, you will gain fat too. What is the point of gaining 20 to 30 lbs if a good portion of that is fat. So you need to be in surplus as your body require.   • Morning:

4 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg + 75 gram Oats + 20 Almonds

  • Mid-noon:

2 slices Brown Bread + 30 gram Peanut Butter

  • Lunch:

100 gram Sprouts in Olive Oil + 3 Whole Eggs + 75 grams White Rice

  • Before Workout:

50 gram Nutrella Chunks + 10 Almonds

  • Post Workout:

8 Egg White + 1 Potato

  • Dinner:

100 gram Paneer + 2 Roti + 50 gram Nutrella

  • Before Bed:

30 gram Peanut Butter + 20 Almonds
